Professional C.A.T. Corporation (Travel Agency) March 1999-2008
· Manage customer relationships and administration issues. Stationary, office supply, and inventory.
· Deal with key customers. Monitored the actions of competitors.
· Supervision, marketing, profitability and sales. Support and facilitate development annual marketing plan.
· Recruited sales staff. Assisting to HR Manager with employment contracts, timesheets and other personnel forms.
· Signed contract with corporate clients, suppliers and utilities agreements. Keep a record of every client or business partner's contract. Develop and/or maintain a database, which will contain all the records of contracts as well as features that will allow the company to manage these records better. Work in close coordination with the departments of finance, and sales, especially to the General Manager. Prepare and co-ordinate the preparation of financial statements, summaries, and other cost-benefit analyses and financial management reports. Reconciliation act with credit and debt clients, payment, and issuance invoices accordingly.
· Organize and draft a contracts notice procedure so that all concerns regarding the contracts that the company engages in are promptly conveyed to other members of the administration. Distributes contract and its amendment (if any) to all related parties. Ensure that each and every term and provision of the contract is carried out . Invoice preparation according term of payment of contracts, supplies ,utility, and payment.
· Informs relevant management of all tender announcements and ensures that company registers when requested. Prepares the tender proposal, ensures its completeness, and keeps its confidentiality prior to submission. Works with other departments involved in the tender preparation process.
· Providing information to customers on international and domestic airlines products, schedule, and fares. New clients search, new directions and industries research. Customer demands analysis, customer goals and tasks determination and formalization.
· Liaised with customers (which included actual selling as booking in reservation systems making tour packages, etc).
· Issued tickets and published airfares using Amadeus, Gabriel etc
· Resolved ticketing problems; Issued e-tickets, PTA's
· Ensured that all tickets met the rules and conditions associated with the fare. Verified tickets booked are accurate in terms of class, cost and routes; corrected errors and met ticketing deadlines.
Lowered costs by eliminating mistakes. Provided support to the Travel coordinator when needed and also handled client queries.
· Liaised with suppliers and hoteliers; Negotiated with suppliers.
· Handled cash receipts. Prepared and submitted daily paperwork.
· Dealt with visa and OVIR formalities.

· Database administration (added and updated hotel records).
· Hotel reservations (answered telephone, made reservations, cancellations, amendments, collecting balances due).
· Book keeping (reconciled supplier invoices against sales records).

· Managed and organized drivers & hauler dispatch to execute decisions.
