Related my experience handle Pro XL Project( as one Provider Cellular Indonesia) almost 12 years my last positions such as Contract Administration after my contract not extended anymore and currently as Project Manager at PT Wimaxindo.
I worked handled project Management process end to end include handle subcontractors performance from recruitments and performance review for decision to next project, monitoring and supervise progress subcontractors performance by daily , weekly , monthly report. It is related with good contract that the end users are satisfied with the product or service being obtained under the contract.
I am willing to start at the bottom and work my way up within your organization such as Contract Administration or Project Controller position.
I realized not eligible work at any region at overseas but I can accepted any employer and can any work specific and I can joined immediately and negotiable and can work far a way from my family.

. Explained more detail contains of contract agreement as Contract Administration to
Subcontractors mostly local subcontractors about services, requisite
quality, on time, and within budget and also expectation all of
subcontractors understand the roles and responsibilities clausal inside
the contract even for site acquisition scope of work, CME( construction
and Mechanical Electric) and implementation.
2 . Supported team member in house when interface with the
Subcontractors when the process on going include was invited by
team member at regional office for daily meeting, weekly and monthly
meeting related about scope or constraint ongoing.
3. Checking milestone based on progress subcontractor for any action and
related clausal within the contract scope.
suggested subcontractor made invoice will sent to HQ /Head quarter.
4. Checking subcontractor’s documentations will subcontractor sent to
HQ.
5. Mediator between subcontractor and team in house if there is
additional worked and bargained about additional cost and sent to HQ
got approval from BOD about additional cost if approved, if not ,
coordination with the manager related additional cost .
6. Release certification to subcontractors for example any action from
subcontractor already finished checking each milestone, and based on
certification subcontractor make invoice.
7 . Tracking and make database about subcontractor performance.
8. Sometimes submitted new local subcontractor if there is or limited
capability existing subcontractor after get suggested from HQ to make
faster progress.
9. Negotiation unit price with new subcontractor in region before report to
HQ and got approval and submitted legality documents as new
subcontractor to HQ/Procurement team.
10.Release PR to existing subcontractor in region and submitted to HQ for
PO Process .
11.Supported team with database and tracking system in house region to
distribute work order which suggested the best subcontractor based
last performance with specific capability based on team member or
their skill and expertise handle specific region or area or divided
subcontractor based region/cluster expert .
12. Supported and solved problem with subcontractor if there is
discrepancy between team in house member.
13.Supported invoice subcontractor to Finance HQ for faster release
payment to maintenance subcontractor cash flow and many others.
14. Suggested subcontractor make documentation report completed and
detail before submitted to region for completion project for closeout
process.
15. Analysis what subcontractor understand and do the contract clausals to

As Team Leader site Acquisition or Project Controller :
1. Handled project since 1997; Macro cell XL project number 300 sites at all java and Sumatra island include sites acquisition backbone transmission (handle by in-house team).
2. As Project leader to acquired high rises building or public area like Hotel or Mall since 1999 until 2001and already acquired almost 100 site at Jakarta triangle and all of region in Indonesia.
3. Involved handled Project 800 sites at excelcom , out doors / Macro cell from Excelcom around Java island, Sumatra island and Kalimantan island and Sulawesi island.
4. Involved handle Project 1200 sites by supervised performance and supports vendors from all aspects .
5. Involved handle project 1400 sites for macro cell as additional coverage with aim improvement coverage from Excelcom.
6. Review Milestone based on progress of Site Acquisition Vendors related on contract before provide invoices to Finance XL Department.
7. To motivate all of Site Acquisition Vendors for achievement the target.
8. Experiences handle Site Acquisition in North Sumatra, Pekanbaru, South Sumatra, West Java, Central Java, Jabotabek & South Sulawesi Area.
9. Review and manage vendors performance by weekly meeting and monitor daily progress by subcontractors.
10. Review and assessment subcontractors based on their performance expert in one area for next project .
