Site Engineer (Mechanical): Supervise and control the various activities in Petrochemical industries and various other industries like Ship Building and Ship repair companies, construction fields etc. Co-ordinate installations projects and collaborate with suppliers, contractors, sales personnel and customers. Prepare feasibility study and design for a project and generate documents that are required for ISO certification. Ensure product specifications are being met, inspection test and commissioning.
Planning Engineer: Schedule and co-ordinate the new ship building projects and ensure that the different steps in ship building are being carried according to the given schedule. Also ensure that the work is scheduled in such a way that there is no lack of manpower and that there is no loss in time to finish a project. To foresee what are the next steps to be taken in ship building and plan them accordingly in such a way that there is no delay in completion of project.
QC Engineer (QC): Control the flow of equipments and materials in the yard (site) mainly the mechanical, electrical and raw materials. Also give the technical specification to trade supervisors about the equipments to be installed in the ship and to commission the various mechanical systems in the ship. Then it is verified according to the protocol.
Project Manager: Responsible for the complete spectrum of designated projects, including design standards, drawings, specifications, inspection test and commissioning. Prepare and give verbal presentation of prodducts/information to company’s prospects.Manage and lead the project team and ensure that the timely completion of project is met according to the target date. Co-ordinate installation projects and liase with suppliers,contractors and engineers.
