RESPONSIBILITY:
1st To make sure that the work place is safe from any hazardous environment. My responsibility in this firm as a Environmental Safety Officer with Computer Aspect, make inventory of Hazardous Chemical, Diesel Fuel, Paint, Gas, Grease and etc on Project Motor Vehicle (PMV) and Main Store every week twice, collect Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) about these Hazardous chemicals from Internet/Online whenever necessary and make Risk Assessment on these Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), and have knowledge of Site working Experience with known 12 Life Critical Activities. Make report every week about noise of the machineries and about Heat Stress Report (Every 45 Minutes) in the total Project and finally send this report to our Client Shell, JGC and KBR at 23rd of every month.

Assist the chief maintainer in performing his maintenance duties on the core Environment.
 Noise Monitoring:
Make report every week about Noise of the machineries on the total Project, finally I send these reports to our Client Shell, JGC and KBR at 23rd to 25th of every months.
 Skip Garbage’s:
Make schedule of Skip Truck for loading and unloading the skips (like Red Skip for Chemical Waste, Yellow Skip for Wood Waste, Blue Skip for Steel and Metal Scrap and Green Skip for Food Waste)and,
Collect all the reports every day and finally send these reports to our Client Shell, JGC and KBR at 5th to 7th of every month.
 Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS):
Find out every Material Safety Data Sheet of Hazardous Chemical or any Hazardous Product which usually used in our company from Online or Internet.
 Environmental Report:
Make report any kind of incident like Spill of Oil / Lubricants / Diesel / Solvent / Thinner / Cobalt / Paint / Liquid Gas and any kind of Chemicals and send this report within 24 hours to our Client Shell, JGC & KBR.
 Controlled Water:
Controlled Every Drinking Station and ablution tanker on whole site, office area and Water Truck by over phone whenever necessary.
 Main Inventory on PMV:
Make inventory of Hazardous Chemical, Diesel Fuel, Paint, Gas, Grease and etc on Project or Plant Motor Vehicle (PMV) twice in a week.
 Hazardous Chemical Risk Assessment (HCRA):
Make the Proper Assessments about Hazardous any Product which usually used in our Project and distribute these HCRA to every Storage area, warehouse, working place and every conspicuous location for disability/Visibility of our employee and client inventory.
