I have worked for Qatar airways for a period of 7yrs. My previous job was in Coca cola Saudi Arabia as Admin and housing coordinator for a period of 6yrs.

Admin, Welfare & Facilities Officer
Facilities: Property control for all QR properties, which includes Sourcing, negotiating, preparing contracts, handover & takeover of company facilities, purchasing, furnishing and upkeep of company facilities as per company requirements. Involved with asset & utility management for all company facilities
Admin : Administer leave, visa, exit and other application forms to enable staff to exit the country on leave as requested. Coordinate with recruitment department for projections, prepare budget in accordance with yearly requirements. Provide support to all staff in obtaining required paperwork for banking, drivers license, etc.
Welfare : Plan, allot & relocate company staff on the basis of their entitlement and as per QR housing policies. Assist new staff in securing company/private accommodation in Doha through briefings, introduction and liaising with housing agents. Assist all new crew & management staff in applying and reimbursing of Insurance, Medical, school fees. Act as welfare coordinator for crew & Management staff involved in serious incidents and provide care, welfare & procedural guidance.
