• Confirm all loop details are correct against all project, vendor information, P&ID, I/O schedule, data sheet, instrument index on database , alarms and trip schedule (including Rack, Slot, Channel location for I/O devices.

• Assigned in checking all instruments, cabling, earthing, and pipeworks if conforms to project specifications and is correctly installed as per Loop and Hook-up drawings for mechanical completion.

• Operate DCS in loop checking and pre-commissioning of all analog and digital signals including loop configurations, controller action & functionality, ranges, Perform calibration of various field instruments from primary, secondary, measuring and final control element including process switches ( level, pressure, flow and temperature) using test equipment such as Hart Communicator, Pneumatic Hand Pump, Portable Druck Calibrator and Hydraulic Pump depending upon the range of transmitter.

• Understand Electrical Single Line Diagram& Schematic Wiring Diagram use for trouble shooting all motor controls for commissioning all motors and electrical systems including all instruments I/O loops.


Prepares Turn-over packages documents for mechanical completion that consists of all engineering and construction disciplines such as As-Built, Test Reports, Punch Lists, Vendor Drawing and other related docu
 Documentation works such as inspection report and acceptance check of every loop checks and relevant instrument dossier.
 Loop checking from field Fieldbus Devices to the monitoring device and simulation through Hart Communicator for DCS system.
 Updating and reporting of completed loops through PIMS (Project Integrated Management System) and verify mechanically completed instrument prior to pre commissioning.
 Organize panel and instrument power up and loop checking with the client and prepare instrument test report and as built drawing as required.
 Understand electrical circuit drawings and carry out jobs with minimum supervision.
 Ensuring that the electrical work is in accordance to the design.
 Ensuring that the project is to be completed in the schedule.
 Upgrading, modification of drawing and field change request, responsibilities include reviewing and approving drawings and details
systems and checking of MC completion, ITR report making ,punch list clear

 Instruments Loop Testing, Calibration, Simulation and Functional Check of Various Field Instrument and Final Control Elements.
 Carry out Preventive and Corrective Maintenance on different types of Pneumatic and electronic Process Control Instruments
 Overhauling of control valve, calibration of Gauge Glass.
 Installation of all Process Control Instruments, Junction Boxes, Cable Routing, Cable Lying, Glanding and Termination in Accordance w/ the documents & drawing.
 Wiring-ins, splicing and termination of control system, fire protection systems, communication system, instruments, lighting and power distribution system,
 Loop checking and simulation test and commissioning of Control System & Safety Systems.
 Understand electrical circuit drawings and carry out jobs with minimum supervision.
