1. Making presentations for the directors, drafting memos and maintaining an accurate & accessible filing system, arranging regular meetings of the board of directors and taking minutes of the meetings.
2. Coordination with other departments to accelerate the flow of work and updated Human Resource Information System (HRIS).

5. Keeping track of hard currency transactions.
6. Handle top management information and contacts securely, sensitively and confidentially and managing the agenda of her direct Manager/Managers.
7. Booking of hotels, halls and farm houses, also reservation of local and international hotels.
8. Process and maintain staff medical insurance claim records and Medical reports.
9. Handle the entire Telephonic Correspondence for different Departments (i.e, Planning, SH&E, Purchase, Finance, Engineering and HR) also Communicate Vendors through Fax, Letters, Lotus Note and using Internet.
10. Domestic and International Traveling arrangements from different Departments requirement and processing of payment of the invoices of Traveling companies and hotels.
11. Sign for UPS/Fed Ex/Airborne packages.
12. Maintain Management leave record and Staff time sheets.
13. Made presentations of annual overhauls and Short shut downs for the last Seven years.
14. Hiring of Manpower from different Contractors, like that Descon, FJFC and Siemens Pak.
15. Supervision of laborers in the Warehouse and track record of dealing with confidential matters pertaining to executives and employees.
16. Prepared daily material receiving report and Circulation of report to Managers in Engineering, Technical and Projects, Chemicals, SH&E etc.
17. Inspection of Local Transport Services and maintain the records.
18. The accomplishment of all duties, delegated by the Departmental Manager, for the new $635 million Pakistan PTA Limited plant at Port Qasim, producing 600,000 Tons / annum PTA.
19. Making of PR (Purchase Requisition) in Maximo platform.
20. Site Instructions (SI) + SI Cost Sheet making.
21. Generate report of Weekly Preventive Maintenance (PMs) in Maximo platform.
22. Generate Goods Receiving Note (GRNs), in Oracle & Developer tracks.
23. Making of Payment Request forms.
24. Check Vendor bills for preparing GRNs.
