Responsibilities
 Perform all material inspection , fit up inspection, welding inspection and painting inspection in accordance to the drawing specification and relevant codes
 Prepare inspection quality and test plans in accordance with relevant codes, customer technical specification and acceptance standards
 Prepare welding procedure specifications, welding repair procedures, consumable control procedures, procedure qualification records, hydro test procedures, Inspection reports etc.
 Prepare hydro test packages , line checks and punch list
 Arrange and co-ordinate NDT tests including reviewing and interpretation of the radiography films. Liaise with NDT subcontractors, third party surveyors as per quality system and project specific requirements.
 Co-ordinate and witness welding activities during welding and perform visual inspection welding , Arrange , conduct and verify welder qualification tests.
 Monitor all welders performance including the sub-contractors and their rates of each welder as per the codes and standards
 Prepare the method of statement / Procedure for Quality control Based activities.
