Career Summary
- Reduced spare parts backlog from over 3000 parts to less than 1000 by creating a spare parts manufacturing department thereby dedicating part of the plant to spare parts alone.
- Reduced testing time of the missile launcher system from one month to about one week by increasing the amount of component level testing thereby eliminating errors at full assembly.
