I am pleased to submit my application for the mentioned post.
My last assignment has been completed on November 20 nd /2008 and I will be available around January 5th.
I have worked for twenty years as senior/lead Eand I engineer on different onshore and offshore projects, including FPSO and drilling Rigs. In charge of construction, installation supervision, mechanical completion, commissioning ,start up, for the E and I and HVAC departments. My responsibilities were to supervise the main E and I contractor, including packages installation and related piping.
On my last two assignments for offshore rigs construction , I have worked on the following packages
Switchchgear rooms with Siemens equipments, emergency and service generators, fuel oil systems , fresh water , sea water cooling systems, turbines generators(FAT)in OPRA factory in Holland, Hydrophore Ballast with all associated instruments and controls, Fire and gas with Autronica, Instrument air, process control systems, ESD and ICSS (Siemens) , and other systems. Cargo line and process deck.
I am also specialized in Hydraulic valves, process valves, valves actuation and very good knowledge of Norsok and DNV standards in instruments electrical and piping .I am used to conduct DNV approvals on above listed packages.
Bilingual in French English, commercial and technical, I have good knowledge of Malay, Arabic, and Spanish languages .

PROCESS EXPERIENCE

Instrumentation and control systems applicable to the following processes :
Gas gathering ,LNG Compression facilities plant , Combine Cycle Power Station, ,Oil Terminals, Tank-farms ,Truck, Metering and Prover Systems for barge and Ship loading terminals. Gas Compression facilities. Refineries, Marine, FPSO tankers and Deep Sea drilling semi submersible project.

ENGINEERING and PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE

Engineering Design experience
Experience in Engineering, Fabrication, Construction, Installation, Hook up, Commissioning,

• Multidiscipline experience in, Instrumentation, piping, Rotating equipments, and Specific packages.
• Process and control valves design and selection including issue of specifications, and data sheets,
• Valves motorization, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic , associated with smart automation.
