1. Summary (Cover Letter) - CV/Resume Part 1 [Mandatory]

Please allow me to briefly introduce myself. I’m a qualified Senior Geological Observer who has gained over 15 years experience in offshore basin analysis, subsurface analysis and diamond exploration with De Beers Marine, the company leading the search for offshore diamonds in the world.
A successful track record is offered in achieving challenging geological goals and objectives, communication at all levels, training of personnel, creative and innovative problem solving and administration.
Over the course of this period, my responsibilities have included; observing; recording and interpreting geological data from offshore Marine deposits, to provide information for geological mapping and evaluation of the ore deposit also to assist in ensuring that mine and plant efficiency occurs.
Other duties included development and maintenance of an Access Database to manage this dataset; specifically integration of data with ArcGIS. In short, I make sure the Senior Geologist and other project managers have the data they need to do analysis and make decisions.

I am interested in working in a high-energy, results-driven environment. I believe that any of my references would confirm that I have excellent data management and processing skills and that I am willing to do what it takes to get the job done.

Please feel free to contact me at your convenience. Thank you for your time and consideration.
