In charge of NDT personnel while working in sites, hence for responsible for timely completion of the NDT and Documentations as per requirements.
Witness Hydro/ Pneumatic tests.
Witness PMI (Positive Material Identification) with use of material analyzer.
Welder Qualification as per ASME Sec IX.
Review/ Witness/ Carrying out Examination and testing at all stages of production.
Test packs preparation of Hydro/ Pneumatic test.
Organizing/ witnessing hardness testing in different materials.
Incoming materials inspection as per the MTC/Job requirement.
Receiving Welding Consumables and review of test certificates as per the job/WPS requirements.
QC activities in controlling of welding consumables in backing oven as recommended by the manufacturer.
Controlling/ monitoring the welding as per relevant WPS.
Ensuring the activities or performed as per the QA/QC plan.
Coordinating TPI for the inspection and get it clear documentation.
Preparing the documents as per the MRB.
Submitting MRB client through project manager for the specific project.

Working experience in NDT like UT of high pressure of boiler components pertaining to Fossil boilers. Equipments and boilers accessories like super heater, economizers, evaporators, exchangers, headers and valve castings.

Marking of weld repairs using radiographic films and depth assessment by UT inspection of weld repairs on 500 mw / 210mw boiler drums and pressure vessels for various projects.

UT of components related to nuclear plants, fertilizers plants, refinery plants and oil & natural gas projects.

Carried out NDT inspection for industrial steam boilers, Pressure vessels, wind mill towers and valve bodies, water valve panels and boiler piping welding.

UT of raw materials components such as plates and pipe lamination checks.
