Working as Rotating Equipment Engineer at Oriental Petrochemical Company (OPC), Unipol Polypropylene Design Technology, in the Polypropylene plant from April 2004 till now.
Main responsabilities:
•Perform preventive maintenance of all equipments in the plant
•Prepare the daily , weekly and monthly reports of work progress.
•Gather data about "rotating and static Equipments".
•Perform corrective maintenance"Emergency", Improvement maintenance"Modification maint".
•Perform Maintenance for (rotating and static equipments).
•Schedule maintenance and lubrication.
•Perform Preventive & periodic maintenance.
•Operate Maximo System For (PLANNING MAINTENANCE)
•Planning For the Scheduled Preventive Maintenance of the Rotating Mechanical Equipments (Compressors, Pumps, Air Coolers & Internal Combustion Engines).
•Planning For the Scheduled Preventive Maintenance of the Static Equipments (Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Valves, Boilers and Heaters).
•Conditioning Monitoring and predictive maintenance for the Rotating equipments Including Daily Log Sheets, Oil and Gas.
•Perform The Material Requisitions for all the Spare Parts and Tools.
•Prepare min. /max. List for stock control.
•Conditioning Monitoring for the Rotating equipments Including Daily Log Sheets and Vibration Survey.
•Major Overhauling at oriental petrochemical company.
Prepare mechanical Punch List on site.
