Job Description
• Line Support on troubleshooting and repairs of test equipments in test area and burn-in area.
• Perform conversions and setups of different packages request by production and engineering.
• Supply standby LN2 tanks to designated handlers for different temperature lot point testing.
• Maintain housekeeping around test floor.
• Knowledge and able to perform Preventive Maintenance on Handler, Tester & Oven.
• Knowledge and able to perform draw out change kit according to procedure provided.
• Hand on and attend orientation for Oven (Profit 1700F and 5710 MR), Tester (T5581), Loader/ Un-Loader (JTS-7000 & Juntech-3201) and Handler (Advantest M6741 & M6542).
• Provide line support such as lot disposition or equipment conversion, repair and maintenance.
• Perform the qualification of new product or equipments.
• Meet the quality, productivity target set by the engineer.
• Support engineer on customer issue resolution.
• Involve and execute the Quality / productivity improvement projects.
• Perform the Day to Day line sustaining activities.
• Package set up and troubleshooting.
• Provide engineering support on all equipment operational issues to meet production output
• Familiarization on SPIS, ESMS, and Screen Dump during work
