I obtained my high school diploma from Binghamton High School in 1994. I attended Broome Community College, Binghamton, NY to study Engineering Science and I received my AAS degree from BCC in 1997. I moved on with my education to study mechanical engineer at Rochester Institute of Technology and in August, 2000 I received my B.S degree of Mechanical Engineer from Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), Rochester, NY and then I worked for Carrier Corporation in Syracuse, NY and I continued to study Master of mechanical engineer at Syracuse University, Syracuse, NY while working. I graduated from Syracuse University with a M.S of Mechanical Engineer in 2003 with a GPA 3.4.

It has been so long but I have not found a good one yet, I hope that if you have a job that you think I can do please welcome me in. It is good for me to get back to work soon so I can move on with my live in a bright future.

Carrier Corporation
Syracuse, New York 03/2007-01/2008

 Developed small, medium, and large rooftop units with micro-channel condensing coils.

 Duties: tested unit with ARI 2007: max load, standard, low ambient conditions, and integrated EER conditions and UL Used computer software to do modeling to predict results for HVAC rooftop systems.

 Generated rating tables for 17.5, 20 and 25 ton unit and generated charging chart for 17.5 ton unit using excel and IPM (multiple runs).

 Assist mechanics in ordering components, and in constructing units.

 Assist technicians with electrical problems is control box in general.

 Touch technicians to read and understand psychometric chart.

Carrier Corporation
Syracuse, New York 02/2006-03/2007

 Worked with engineers to use computer software to develop rooftop units with micro-channel condenser coil systems, especially with hybrid and ctc coils and created a design base for small rooftop ranging from 2 to 6 ton units.

 Used simtools to work on sensitivity study for EER and mchx coil length relationship, super heat and sub cool temperatures, pressure drop and EER relationship to help improve performance. Understood distribution of pressure drop for each pass in the coil evenly.

 Continued to improve larger rooftop product by using simtools for simulation to meet EER requirement for units ranging from 20 to 60 ton: Sized Copland scroll compressors, sized evaporator coils, sized condenser coils and based on ARI method to obtaining indoor fan power based on static pressure.

 Reviewed literature from competitors such as Lenox, York, and Trane to gain more knowledge and had deeply understood of re-heat and moisture systems such as piping and their purposes for controlling the level of comfort in high and low humidity in any occupational spaces.

Carrier Corporation
Syracuse, New York 08/2003-07/2005

 In charge of reliability testing for 3 and 5 ton rooftop air conditioners and developed larger rooftop air conditioner (15 ton): Used simtools package to do simulation to obtaining results, build prototype unit and to collect indoor fan data to understand volume flow rate versus static pressure for the unit. In addition, the assignment was to test for power exhausts, economizers with a mounted duct on a code tester to study air leakage.

Carrier Corporation
Syracuse, New York 12/2000-11/2001

Development Engineer

 Worked with engineers to develop new generation of rooftop air conditioners ranging from 2 to 12.5 ton units to improve system performance and to increase energy efficiency ratio: Used IPM to do simulation for rooftop air conditioner systems, build prototype units, collected fan data performance for the units to understand volume flow rate versus static pressure.

Carrier Corporation
Syracuse, New York 06/2000-11/2000

Engineer Co-op

 Worked with engineer to improve cost reduction on container sales: provided test assignment, tested air conditioner container’s components, analyzed test data and completed test reports for brass joint (coupling for WCC system – leakage test), outdoor fan blade (comparison between aluminum and composite – fan performance test – Volume flow rate versus static pressure), control box door (static loading and dynamic free load falling), and hydraulic compression on a condenser coil to study the strength of tube sheets mounted at two ends to support the coil (Applied varied load at the center of the coil by using hydraulic pump and collect deflection of the coil as load was applied on to until the coil no longer deflected).

Co-op Assignments
06/1999 – 09/1999
 Inspected battery failures by a sample of 20 to 30 of batteries by using a voltmeter and then used statistical software to analyze the data for Ultralife Batteries Incorporated, Newark, NY

09/1998 – 12/1998
 Inspected and collected data on public right of way and reported to city hall personnel and used Lotus 123 to analyze the data for City Hall of Rochester, Rochester, NY 03/1998 - 06/1998
 Modified fan data by using 7 degree polynomial software. Estimated heat load for a restaurant and suggested ideas to manager to collect more fan data again for Carrier Corporation, Syracuse, NY 09/1997 – 12/1997
 Tested bearing and clutches for vehicle and pumps that used in very cold ambient temperatures by using nitrogen and reported the data to engineers. Assisted engineers to modify a sprint inside a clutch to help improve the clutch functions for The Hillard Incorporated, Elmira, NY.
