Currently im working in multinational Gas company since Feb-2002, as Process Supervisor ( Operation + maintenance of Plant ) I have good command on Plant Operation and Maintenance ( Compressor, Pumps, Valves, Chiller unit, cooling tower)

I have worked in MALAYSIA as maintenance Technician in OIL MILL, for 5 years ( 1997 To 2001 )

Working in 800 Nm3 / hr ASU plant, Production of Nitrogen gas, supply to PARCO through 10 inch
And 3 inch dia pipe lines. The plant is operated through PLC control system. TI 545 wander wear
• Monitoring and logging all machines during shift
• Record keeping, Monitoring computer control system
• Operate, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain process and utility systems

• All machines data collection, Maintenance record, Planed Maintenance
• Compression
 Main Compressor ( Kaeser- Screw type) Booster ( Ingersoll-Rand- Reciprocating)
Compressor Discharge Pressure,Tempreture, Oil pressure, Oil temperature, water in
Out pressure and Temprature,Preventive maintenance, Recently I done overhauling of
Ingersoll-rand Reciprocating Compressor with Vender.
• Refrigeration
 Reciprocating compressor, Condenser, Expansion Valve, Evaporater,Heatexchanger
Preventive maintenance, Replacement of Compressor and Evaporator during major
Shut down.. Maintain air temp. below 13 C.
• Purification
 Co2,Water Removing ( Purgbottles,Moisture separator,Driers,Heater. Drier Filter.)
Replacement of Purgbottles filter Elements, Inspection and replacement of Moisture
Separator filter. Annual Inspection of Alumina palates, and molecular siew
• Cryogenic Distillation Process.
High Pressure Column, Heat Exchanger, Preheater, Rich Liquid. Liquid Showering Vessel.
Use Liquid Nitrogen Temp ( -196.C ) to separate Nitrogen, Liquid Oxygen, Liquid Argon.
Collect rich Liquid ( Liquid O2+ Liquid Argon) for Acetylene Test.
• Cooling Tower
Water Pumps, Water Treatment ( Nalco ) Chemical Dosing.
Liquid Nitrogen Handling ( Temp. -196 C )
All the process to Produce Nitrogen Gas, through Cryogenic Process Use Liquid Nitrogen
Which temp. is -196 C, Collect the LN sample for Purity test, LN tanker Decanting to Storage
And Tanker to Tanker decanting. Use Proper PPE’S during the process, Collect all machine data
On hourly Log sheet, Shift end log report.
