Responsibilities: Project Control & Contact Management
Assisting & advises Engineering & Construction and Maintenance Manager also Project Lead Engineer in relation project control, Contact Management & Supply Chain Management.
• Determine & evaluate at the end of each year project which not completed in that particular year & should be extend in the next following year (carry over project)
• Development & maintain target Engineering, Procurement, Material Take of & project plan every SIB Capital & Operating project
• Supervise, organize & review operating dept work orders, monitor & control performance to ensure effective plan & scheduling & better service to client
• Coordination & compilation of bid & procurement packages
• Prioritize & coordination for drawings delivery
• Organize the preparation of material delivery & vendor schedule
• Examine & evaluate the contractor’s cost & schedule control organization, plans, performance & procedure

• Planning, management & coordination of all activities in operating & capital projects conception trough to commissioning & handover project
• Plan, direct, evaluate and improve the overall activities of material procurement in order to provide excellent material procurement services
• Organize the preparation of material delivery & fabrication schedule
• Supervise, organize and control all project construction & maintenance activities
