Presently I am working with M/s Special Technical Service for its Maintenance project for M/s Petroleum Development Oman (PDO) at YIBAL Oil & Gas Project as Sr. Electrical Technician.

Carrying out Preventive and corrective Maintenance on the following
Including Up gradation and Commissioning.
Maintenance Activities of field Instruments Oil & Gas Gathering, and Gas lift plants, & Water injection plant Planning,
132/33 KV, 33/6.6KV and 415v Transmission, distribution and substation equipments.
GEC alsthom, SIEMENS and TAMCO switchgears.
UPS System and 24V DC backup Battery and Charger System.
10.5mw Induction & Synchronous Motor driven Gas Lift Compressors. (GEC alsthom).
Solar Turbine Centaurs-40, Mars-100, GEC Gas Turbine, Rolls-Royce AVON 1535, Ruston Gas Turbine TB-5000, and NuovoPignone Compressors.
Planning of spare parts and procurement.

•Substation equipments such as Transformers up to 315 MVA (220KV/132KV/33KV/6.6KV), Overhead line, Circuit Breakers, HV/LV Switch Boards,

•220KV & 33KV GIS (Gas Insulated Switchgear) Indoor Sub-station.
•Maintenance and troubleshooting of Diesel Engine / Gas Turbine driven Power Generators.
•HV & LV Switch Gears of SF6, Vacuum, Oil and Air Circuit Breakers.
•Maintenance and troubleshooting of PCC, MCC, HT & LT motors.
•Different types of protective relays like Siemens, Areva, GE Multilane, P&B, and GEC.
•Different makes of UPS Systems and Battery Chargers etc.
•Various types of batteries such as lead acid, alkaline and sealed batteries.
•Familiar with safety procedures in hazardous area maintenance.
•Maintenance of various types of Motor Operated Valves and Over Head Cranes.
•Able to read, trace and modify power and control circuit drawings.
•Various types of flame proof / explosion proof light fitting, junction boxes and distribution boards installation.
•HV & LV Cable laying and its end terminations. Familiar with cable route / fault locators.
•Grounding system of Transformers, Switchgears, Electrical Equipments, Process Plant Structures and Storage Tanks.
