WIP (work in progress) reporting, Actual and forecast reporting, Sales reporting, Journal inputs, Cost allocation journal, Preparing of valuations and quotations, Kazakhstan invoicing, Several PSA and non-PSA project invoicing in Azerbaijan, Client invoicing,
Support of internal business processes, Communication with sales staff,
Forms and workflow charts updating;

Invoices verification (Prevention, detection, validity, completeness, authorization, valuation, classification, presentation, disclosure, timing and cutoff), Track invoice approvals via MSID (Marine Subcontract Invoice Database), record invoiced / verified for payment amounts via MSID, Input into SPORTS (Standard Purchase Order and Requisition Tracking System)milestone payments, estimate change orders, PO revisions, compile WDNI (Work Done Not Invoiced ) amounts, maintain the invoice distribution and files;

General Accounting, Dealing with vendors, Logging/Registration of invoices, Arithmetic check of invoices, VAT and WHT calculations, Payment Statements preparation, Processing of invoices after all necessary actions are done by other departments and / or after all goods are received and not damaged; Reporting; Cooperation with Procurement, Cost Control, Project controls departments;
Operating of OLIVES (On-Line Invoice Voucher Entry System);
