I worked at Shipbuilding Maastricht, in Dockyard, on Drydocks.
In all this period of time, I have been a team-leader, coordinating
between 40 and 50 workers. The works that we performed in
Dockyard were especially major overhauls and while-you-wait
overhauls at barges and different type of ships, as follows:
total or partial replacing of bottom, double-bottom, bilges, lateral
sides (Starboard and Portside), stern and fore ends.
We also repaired continuous frames (combining side frames and floors),
central plane girders, decks, and performed a lot of general or
partial repairs for Engine Room. All repairs have been carried out
very well and within the requested time (in conformity with
the handed work schedule).
