Commerce graduate passed out in the year 1987 and having an extensive hardcore working experience of 22+ years in the Human Resource department from Construction / Engineering Industry. Prefarably projects from Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Refineries, Power Plant, Nuclear Plant, Cross Country Pipelines, Industrial buildings, Hotels, MEP Projects, Highways, Bridges, Airport, Water & Sewarage Pipe line.

1995 - 96 Successful negotiation and settlement with Techno Electric Union for workers for the salaries and benefits
1997 - 98 Industrial relation & cordial relationship with union yielded a productive result in terms of higher labor productivity & reduced labor absenteeism
1999 – 00 Actively participated in amending the HR Policies & procedures
2000 – 01 Part of a team for successful implementation of ERP in HR with Accenture
2002 – 03 Successfully mobilization of the huge manpower for the Highway project within the time limit
2005 – 06 Established and formulated HR Policy & procedure and the entire set up of HR & Admin department from the scratch incorporating the labor legislation of different states & statutory compliances
2007 – 08 Successfully formed the operational team comprising of GRE/GRP & Hydro testing engineers for the projects in Oil & Gas

• Compensation & Benefits and its benchmarking for the salaries as per the prevailing industry norms

• Identification of the right employee for the right position in right time
• Timely mobilization / demobilization of manpower for existing / forthcoming projects to reduce the additional manpower cost

Personnel Logistics

• Payroll management for staff and workers
• Approvals, correspondences and liaison with all statutory bodies viz. PF, PF Trust Fund, ESIC, Gratuity, Superannuation, MLW, Employment Exchange, Labor department, etc. required as per India Labor Law
• Correspondences related to the Group Personal Accident Policy and Term Life Policy with the Insurance Company
• Issuance of letter of intent, appointment letter, confirmation letter, increment letter, transfer letter, etc and keep a track of their records
• Preparation of full and final settlement in case of resignation / termination or completion of employees contract

• Induction of the new joiners to the organization. To ensure all the necessary office stationery handed over to the new joiners. Managing the induction & orientation program of the new joiners
• In case of expatriate recruitment, medical report attestation, visa application, labor clearance, visa receive/submission for the new joiner, registration of the civil/labor card with related authorities as per the country’s law
• Procurement of all office automation
• Travel arrangement, hotel bookings, car rentals, etc
• Transit camp accommodation for the new employee joining or camp facility at the project site for staff and labor
• Newly set up, maintenance and upkeep of Labor Camps
• Messing facility and transportation at the projects

Facilities Management
• Purchase or lease of company assets (property, vehicles, IT equipments, etc)
• Office & premises upkeep viz. housekeeping, horticulture, power supply, lighting, front office, etc
• Security arrangements for corporate office as well as for the project office at different locations
• Procurement and maintenance of office automation
• Arrangement of canteen for staff and workers
