Owner / Designer
Founded and led a 14-employee company. Responsible for residential interior design projects for over
150 new single-family homes. Managed the complete projects including design, scheduling, purchasing,
subcontracting, and customer service. Scheduled subcontractor activities and oversaw multiple
subcontractors to ensure projects were completed on time and within budget.

Duties and Responsibilities:
 Remarkable knowledge of all steps involved in an interior design project from programming to installation.
 Great knowledge of space, materials, good color sense, and good sense of scale.
 Proven ability to work and coordinate with all members of a project team, including Architect, Project and Procurement Managers, Contractors and other consultants (internal and external).

Warehouse Manager
Oversee all inventories for all of the accounts. Also in charge of recruiting, interviewing, and training new warehouse personnel. Managed all warehouse operations including, inventory control, D.O.T. and forklift Training. Scheduled, monitored and coordinated employee work and vacation time.

Duties and Responsibilities:
 Supervise and coordinate unloading of inbound shipments.
 Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are free of damage.
 Coordinate processing of returns/damaged product.
 Picking and staging of outbound shipments in accordance with the highest possible levels of productivity.
 Verify required inbound/outbound paperwork with drivers, ensuring that all products are properly counted.
 Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.
 Reduced Distribution Center expenses by more than 30%, over a 2-year period while maintaining productivity levels, service quality, and inventory accuracy.
 Ensure the efficient and safe operation of all material handling equipment.
 Ensure that the work schedules are correctly implemented and that jobs are assigned effectively and completed properly.
 Maintain product locator system. Ensure the optimal utilization of space through warehouse consolidation.
 Rotate product as appropriate.
 Maintain a clean, neat and orderly work area.
 Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse.
