Motorman/Trainee Derrickman: Rigging up/down in various locations, maintain and service all engines, general oil changes, bringing DC motors on/off-line, maintain and fix charge pumps, lubricating pumps and mixed pumps, checking and maintaining hydraulics, servicing and maintaining catwalk, maintain and service TW60, supervise a team of roughnecks, work on pumps, general maintenance of pumps, change swabs, liners, seats, cap gaskets, monitor the pits, work on the shakers, work up the derrick, work with a tesco top-drive.

Hobbies and Interests
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family. Having just passed my driving test, I am enjoying the freedom that this enables. I have a keen interest in motor racing; in particular Formula One.
I have an interest in the local Lifeboat service and have been a volunteer crew member. Unfortunately, I had to leave this due to the nature of my work commitments. I really enjoyed this and hope to get back into it when my family is a little bit older.
I am also interested in furthering my engineering skills. I am currently looking into a Level 2 NVQ in engineering at a local college.
Whilst I enjoy my role as a Motorman/Trainee Derrickman, I have developed a definite interest in moving towards the engineering side of my role; that is where I feel my future lies.
As a focused and motivated individual I know that I will put the work into achieving this goal.
