Job Description:
• Plan, implement and monitor work schedules with workforce according to programmed schedule given by client.
• Supervising the project’s production process, ensuring that the project is done accurately and timely with quality and standards compliance
• Coordinates and manages project information with clients and subcontractors, evaluate and resolve of any discrepancies and problems arising during project
• Attend VSCC meeting, Production Meeting and other co-ordination meeting related to the site issues, resolve any site problems and conduct site inspections also site supervision and co-ordination.

Role of duties :
1. To achieve production targets according to schedule and quality standards.
2. Responsible for effective planning and scheduling of fabrication and installation works.
3. To liaise with clients, respective departments, subcontractors and various disciplines on site issues pertaining to engineering designs or construction and to ensure that all work activities conform to specifications, quality and safety standards.
4. Responsible to co-ordinate for the daily planning, supervision in the daily fabrication and construction activities of blocks and outfitting to ensure that all pre-requisites are met for the execution of projects.
