• To observe and reimburse the expenses for accommodations, communications and transportations expenses of President and Vice President and other management executives.
• To perform as a liaison and internal communicator among President, Vice President and other executives.
• To arrange salaries and necessities for President’s house staff.
• To evaluate and propose annual salary increment within a certain budget, promotion, demotion, penalty for the employees.
• To review, check and clarify reports, purchase orders, field requests, and monthly cashbooks.
