Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure that assigned task from project scope of work is completed as per contract schedule, budget and specification; during all project stages: Engineering, Procurement and Construction.

• Coordinate and review activities of various departments and subcontractor’s contributing to the work. This is including coordination and reviewing of all initial input or changes to project scope as well as review constructability of construction engineering documents & drawings.

• Review all procedure, layout drawings, load out, sea-fastening and pre-commissioning procedures as prepared by engineering and operations, and submit to the client for review and approval in accordance with the contract.

• Review the project plan along with the project planning engineer and operations engineer, and depending on the project time frame and the availability of manpower, identify any specific part of the work to be subcontracted.

• Prepare the subcontract package in conjunction with the contract administrator and project Construction manager. Subsequently subject to the approval of the project manager, issue documented instruction to the purchasing and / or subcontract department to obtain suitable quotations well within time for the specific work intended to be subcontracted and within allocated budget.

• Review of all documents including specifications, drawings, instructions, site queries etc from client representative, internal departments and subcontractors involved in the execution of the project. Ensuring that registers of all documents received as well as sent are maintained and updated in accordance with the quality system.

• Review and arrange for update (if required) scope of work documents procedure by the respective operations personnel and / or departments involved the execution of the project.

• Coordinate and ensure that engineering and associated drafting work is carried out in accordance with specified requirements and schedule of the respective project activates.

• Review of subcontractors’ plans in conjunction with project planning engineer and necessary operations personnel.

• Coordinate with the project quality manager to ensure that all works related to the project is being performed in accordance with the respective quality plans and that all necessary inspection and certification documentation are available for the final documentation package.

Working Experience:


SAUDI ARAMCO, SOUTH SAFANIYAH Field; South Safaniyah Shallow Water Pipelines
Fabrication, installation and pre-commissioning of three 16'' diameter internally and externally coated crude oil shallow water pipelines including risers and tie in spools. Scope also includes several subcontracts; trenching, onshore pipeline, PAUT, Internal coating of field joints, Fabrication of shallow water pipeline markers and Fabrication of crossings’ sleepers.

SAUDI ARAMCO, NORTH SAFANIYAH Field; Replacement of 24” Crude Oil pipeline
Fabrication, installation and pre-commissioning of a 24'' diameter internally and externally coated crude oil pipelines including risers, risers guard and tie in spools. Scope also includes several subcontracts; PAUT, Internal coating of field joints and Fabrication of crossings’ sleepers (tender).

SAUDI ARAMCO, BERRI Field; 12” Water Injection Pipelines
Fabrication, installation and pre-commissioning of two 12'' diameter internally and externally coated water injection pipelines including risers and tie in spools. Scope also includes several subcontracts; onshore pipeline, PAUT, Internal coating of field joints and Fabrication of shallow water (tender).

SAUDI ARAMCO, Manifa Field; Installation/Replacement of Manifa Platforms
Fabrication and installation of 9 jackets and 7 decks including installation of 2 boat landings, drilling decks and 9 conductor piles for each jacket.
