• Prepare a letter of Material Submittals complete with cataloques, specifications and physical sample addressed to Electromechanical Department (Technical Section) for the acceptance of materials/equipments recommended by suppliers/sub-contractors and approval of clients consultant. Monitor the status of all submittals for approval and update the status of long lead items and equipment for the different towers.
• Issue Request for Quotation (RFQ) to qualified suppliers and sub-contractors, analyze submitted Quotations for electromechanical items and equipments based on Bill of Quantity (BOQ), Material take-off, Specifications or Purchase Request. Prepare summary of cost comparison of all quotation submitted by suppliers and sub-contractors.
• Accomplish the preparation of cost comparison and analysis of all long lead items and equipments based on prioritization like the following, CCTV, Fire Alarm, Fire fighting Pipe & fittings, Fire Fighting System and Equipments, Video Intercom System, Structured Cabling, Panelboards and Distribution Boards, CHW Pipes & Fittings, Airconditioning Equipments like DFCU, AHU, Heat Pipe (TFAHU), Mini Split Units and Heat Recovery Wheel, Rectangular/Circular Volume Damper, Fire Dampers and Flexible Round Duct, Busbar, Earthing and multiple types of Exhaust Ducted Fans .

Analyzed monthly purchase requirements of raw materials, prepared periodic report on monthly expenses and cost savings, conducted product cost detail evaluation and negotiated on cost, delivery and terms of payment. Targeted departmental cost down plan by localization of selected imported parts, cost review calculation, sourcing alternatives and recommending Value Analysis/ Value Engineering (VA/VE).
• Developed potential suppliers, conducted plant visit with Suppliers Accreditation Team (SAT), prepared reports and final recommendation on the findings of plant visit. Developed sourcing strategy for the selection and qualification of suppliers and improved vendors’ performance through regular monitoring.
• Participated in Quality Audit Visit (QAV) team that audit subcontractors of Ford escape seat frames welding, checked destructive test on weld points. Member of the team that conducted Parts Submission Warrant (PSW) run on initial parts newly developed, deviated or adjusted jigs and fixtures
• Handled items related to development of new product and models, reviewed specifications, analyzed drawing and negotiated suppliers to expedite development period and see to it that development schedule is being met. In-charged in acquiring new snap machine, tools, computer software/hardware and networks cabling set-up, racks and furniture for new Honda Civic 2DS variant production line set-up.
