• Participating in the process of Cement Manufacturing and controlling various instruments used for Cement processing.
• Working on DCS system based on 6 Clients, 2 Redundant Servers, Industrial Ethernet Switches, SIMATICS7400 and SIMATICS7300 with Profi-Bus connectivity.
• Working on WINCC Explorer for graphic Designer, Alarm Logging, Tag Management, Cross Reference and User Administration etc. Authorized to OS compile and then download the program to the server.
• Working on SIMATIC Manager for software development of Analog input/output, Digital input/output in PCS 7 using CEMAT blocks, Logic Blocks, PID Block, Timer Blocks, Interlocking Blocks, Annunciation Blocks, communication Blocks and designing a new block as required. Authorized to Compile and download the program.
• Working on Step7 using PG and making new project or even to change parameters in the running projects as required e.g. working on Belt whey measuring system, Stacker, Re-claimers, Dosimeter feeding systems and Gas analyzers etc. Ability to work in Step7 using Ladder and Assembly Language and interfacing with OP3 and others systems through MPI and DP.
• Working on simatic PDM for PA devices, Sitrans ultrasonic hopper level transmitters, Schenk system for weigh feeder calibration, Phiester for coal calibration, Impact flow meter for feed calibration and Magnetic detector.
• Taken training of ABB protection relay, SUBCON DCS system, YOKOGAVA DCS system, Loesche Vertical raw mill, Simatic touch panels, EP chamber control system, gas analyzers, switch gear circuit breakers, ID fan v.v.v.f. drive and hazards and incident reporting.
• Participated in commissioning of Loesche vertical mill including gearbox lubrication, roller
Lubrication (HSMS), Hydraulic system (HSLM) and greasing system, Roller press at cement mills, Cement mills (ball mills) including lubrication system, Pillard fuel oil system, cooler hydraulic system and jumbo bag packing system.
• Working in the field to monitor and to control the general instruments.
