Supervisor Medical Support and Administration – Report to Health and Medical Services Manager
Functions:
o Responsible for Administration of the following:
o Provision of emergency medical services (medical evacuation and urgent medical referral both domestic & international destinations, admission, on-site treatment, provision of donors, and ambulance services)
o Provision of routine medical and nursing care (Office Hour) in Pasir Ridge Clinic Emergency Room and Observation Room for National and Expatriate employees and dependents
o Provision of routine and emergency medical and nursing care (After Office Hour) in Pasir Ridge Clinic Emergency Room and Observation Room for National and Expatriate employees and dependents.
o Distribution of medical supplies to all Chevron Indonesia East Kalimantan Clinics, and preparation of required reports, data, and statistic
o Verifying all incoming medical reimbursement claims
o Maintenance of all medical and office equipment
o Monitoring stocks of medical supplies in a fiscally sound manner
o Escorts patient to Singapore, Jakarta, elsewhere as required by Senior Medical Officer or Chief Medical Officer
o Initiates preparation of efficient documentation for medical records and statistical data, and handles reports (monthly, quarterly, and special requests)
o Occupational Health: Plan, Coordinate, and Manage Occupational Health & Medical related Programs. Regularly deliver occupational and medical health presentation materials to increase occupational health awareness and prevention to employee, dependents, contractors, and surrounding communities.

o Training Resources: Play the role as Trainer on Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid. Deliver first aid training to employees, contractors, and communities
o Training Management: Managed and Coordinated HSE training for all medical personnel, including contracted medical personnel.
o Emergency Response: Prepare and execute a site specific emergency response plan for new drilling and work over project, particularly on Occupational Health, Medical, and Industrial Hygiene. Handle all medical evacuation cases both domestic and international coverage as Medivac Facilitator.
o Audit: Play the role Manager/Inspector on Food Safety & Hygiene. Perform monthly and quarterly inspection of all kitchen and dinning hall facilities including hotel and outside caterers.
o Project Management: Manage all Occupational Health & Medical Projects (Pandemi Influenza Plan, Workplace HIV/AIDS Program, Wellness Programs)
o Supply Chain Management: Manage the plan and administration process of all Medical Contracts
o Strategic & Development: Formulate Company Occupational Health & Medical Standard Procedures, Guidelines, and Protocols
o Strategic & Development: Manage Chevron IndoAsia Business Unit Operational Budget Plan (ABOM) and Capital Expenditure Budget Plan (CEB)
