Over the last 20 years, I have provided visionary leadership as a Purchasing Agent,
Project Estimator, Utilities Design Layout Manager, Project Manager, and Chief Executive Officer for a General Contracting company and Electrical Contracting Sub-Contracting company. I have developed and expanded a general contracting firm from 2 employee’s to 103 employee’s and combined this company with another to form a versatile utilities contractor w/general contracting management. Infinite Contractors, Lisbon, MD (2004-Present)

Founder / President:

Developed and managed a general / electrical contracting business responsible for the construction of
commercial projects revolving around retail centers, gas stations, government facilities and schools
with an annual sales of $ 4.5 million. Delegated successful command management principles in contract
estimating, contract negotiating, critical path scheduling, job costing, and project management.

Accomplishments:
Succeeded in implementing a joint venture between general contracting and electrical sub-contracting
this increased market visibility.
 Completed 32 + retail facility projects in 3 states and more than 28 renovation / additions for
jobber oil companies, private retailers and government funded projects.
 Led successful redesign of several UST tank farms for the organization of catholic educational facilities
in the Washington D.C. area.

Pennmarva Petroleum, Inc. (1989-2005)

Founder / President:

Created a general contracting firm that specialized in gas station construction for the major oil
companies. Expanded existing customer accounts and revenues from $ 750,000 to $ 9.6 million
in a three year period. Procured new design – build negotiated contracts. Instituted financial forecasting
stabilized accounting procedures and established a pay – when – paid system with private retailers to
control cash flow. Recruited well qualified project managers, estimators, purchasing agents,
superintendents, office manager / staff and on-site pump / tank installers experienced in petroleum
retail & car wash construction practices. Initiated a translation program for Spanish workers to keep
communications and quality control factors at a fluent and high efficiency level.

Accomplishments:
 Designed layouts for petroleum piping; materials, sizing, and vapor systems for Arlington Cnty
 Worked on (45) UST and AST projects @ Andrews Air Force Base including the presidents hangar from
1994-1996
 Developed a designed team for implementing a shoring system to install large volume UST’s at
Bethesda National Hospital for their boiler systems adjacent to 150 vertical exhaust release stacks in
1997

PMP, Inc. College Park, MD (1987-1989)

Project Estimator / Purchasing Agent:

Handled all construction estimating, scheduling and purchasing agent requirements in conjunction with
commercial retail facilities (Exxon Co. USA mid-Atlantic region) located in the Washington D.C. Metro
Area. Managed all service calls initiated from retail managers for canopy, tank, and dispenser
maintenance. Worked on an engineering team designing storm water management system for gas
station drive areas / parking lots.
