• Assembly, Erection, Installation, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning of GEA BTT make 15x2 Gas after coolers and GE Energy Jenbacher make 3x 1.2MW Gas Engine Generators.
• Handover and Takeover of Gas Compressor sub-systems from construction Contractor like Instrument Air system, Fire water system, Condensate drain system, Emergency Blow down system, Fuel Gas conditioning, metering, heating & regulating skid, Scrubber system, Raw water system, Emergency Power Generating system, Oily water separator system and their associated valves and there after their O&M.
• Handover and takeover of 48” Cross country gas pipeline with 98bar MOAP with 2- RMLV and 2- LMLV.
• Dealing with the statutory norms regarding the state and country approvals for the project.
• Operation and maintenance of all the above with respect to healthiness and integrity of the facility and personnel.
• Ensuring the implementation of statutory norms of the state and central bodies to ensure the safe work environment at the work place.
• Administrative activities of Operational budget preparations, Overhauling materials management in regional level, Coordinating safety at site, Preservation and monitoring of capital spares at regional level, cost reduction techniques, Preparation of manpower and cost optimization plans, Work allocation & scheduling, Material Inventory Management, etc.

As an Engineer – Operations at GVK Power and Infrastructure Limited, Jegurupadu, I am responsible for
• Operation of 3 x 52.8 MW ABB make 8C type Gas Turbine and all its Auxiliaries.
• Operation of dual pressure water tube, horizontal, bottom supported HRSG with boilers.
• Operations of ABBSTAL make 1 x 77 MW dual turbine, single generator STG with cross-over pipe and all its auxiliaries.
• Getting through the daily routine activities like changeovers, isolations, normalizations and condition monitoring of all the systems.
• Actively involving in the startup, dual – fuel operation, shutdown and synchronizing of GT.
• Actively involving in the startup, hook-up, rolling and synchronizing of STG.

• Hands on experience on the Operation of ABB’s make 8C Gas Turbine (dual fuel) with ABB STAL make dual pressure HRSG and Steam Turbine. (Total Capacity of 235MW at ISO in Phase - I) and Exposure to the Preservation of Alstom make 13E2 Gas Turbine with Alstom make Triple pressure HRSG and Steam Turbine. (Total Capacity of 228MW at ISO in Phase – II)
• Experience in the Estimation of Machine tool Requirement for Sukhoi – 30 Engine manufacture at HAL. The machine order finalization and Manufacture, Assembly, Installation and Maintenance including various types of imported CNC machines.
