I'm a Naval Architect and Marine Engineer with Diverse fields of engagements--Design and Engineering; Operations; Quality, Health, Safety and Environment--in the Marine (Operations, Shipbuilding and Repair) and, Oil and Gas Industries (Offshore Operations, Constructions and Repair--Platforms and Subsea). Responsible for the Implementation of QHSE Management System Onboard all the Vessels (AHTS) of the Fleet (Marine Vessel Spread) by Personally Visiting, Staying and Guiding all Personnel—from the Masters down to the Stewarts—during Operations in various Offshore Projects in different countries.

Conduct in-house Training. Assist and Train Shipboard Officers in implementing Shipboard QSMS. Inspect Vessels and Provide HSE Report and Follow up Actions with the Various Office department Heads. Conduct Ad-hoc Emergency Response Drill and assess vessel’s crisis management control. Encourage Crew to Exercise Stop Work Responsibility and particularly, Master to exercise OVERRIDING AUTHORITY. Briefing of New Officers prior to Joining Vessels. Provide Office Management with a report on the Vessels’ condition, ranging from logbook, record books entries to physical conditions. Observe and Report on Vessel’s Performance and Limitations. Brief Officers on the HSSE Plan, Mini HSE-MS Review & Full HSE-MS Audit. Conduct Verification on Action tracking as per Marine Network Minutes. Conduct Mini HSE MS Review & Action Plan Onboard.
