I am applying for a position of SAP HR Analyst/Consultant your company. As per my attached resume, my work experience is in the area of SAP HR/payroll. I am presently employed as a Business Systems Analyst in SAP Human Resources/payroll with CLICO [Trinidad].I have been involved in implementation projects as well as ongoing support for SAP HR and payroll. I have also worked closely with the Human Resource department at CLICO and I am very familiar with HR processes and procedures which serve as a guide for my technical applications. My strengths include compensation and benefits, employee relations, data administration, reporting and leave.
In May 2005 I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, with minors in Human Resource Management and Sociology at the University of the West Indies. Additionally, I have attended SAP training for payroll configuration as well as personnel development and performance management through SAP America. SAP R/3 HR/payroll configuration and enhancements for CLICO [Trinidad], CLICO [Guyana], CLICO [Bahamas] and CLICO [Suriname].
