Qatar, Ras Laffan, Al Khaleej Gas Phase 2 Project Starting from 01-Aug-07 till now as schedule engineer with Chiyoda Technip Joint Venture
-update master construction schedule of Level-III based on the information from supervisor by use of Primavera (P3 /3.1).
-define linkage between construction schedule and commissioning schedule
-CPM analysis using master construction schedule of Level-III
-check subcontractor’s detail construction schedule of Level-IV based on the Level-III schedule.
-review 3 weeks look-ahead schedule submitted by subcontractors.
-loading of man-power and/or progress weighted value to activities on Level-III schedule.
-calculate progress by use of CPMS (Construction Progress Management System) on weekly and monthly basis.
-various manpower and progress analysis.
-prepare the presentation materials for schedule and progress by use of Power Point and camera/video.

Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Rabigh Olefins Petrochemicals Refinery Project starting from 16-Dec-2006 till 31-Jul-2007 as a planning engineer with Consolidated Contractors Company.
-involved in overall progress measurement of the Project
-process all the information received from site and issue the weekly report for physical progress
-summarize and split the quantity by area of activity and then update weekly the progress use Pyramid, an in house software provided by the company based by pyramid concept
- prepare the schedules for piping and mechanical discipline using the information received from all departments involved in this Project
-prepare the schedule 3 weeks look ahead for piping and mechanical discipline.

01-May-2003 till 15-Dec-2006 with SC COMPROIECT’92 SA Ploiesti company.
- prepare the integrated schedules using the information received from Engineering, Procurement and Construction departments.
- establishing, monitoring and controlling the Level 2 and 3 Project Schedules.
- advisse on matters that could prevent meeting project objectives.
- participate in the decision making process to optimizing overall planning performance.
- defining schedule objectives for the different Site Construction Contractors and support their planning and scheduling activities.

- To comply the overall Project Schedule with the establishment, monitoring and control of the time aspects using a computerized system of schedules.
