2. Bristol Myers Squibb Pharmaceuticals Chilled Water Plant, Barceloneta, PR
Directed ground up civil, concrete, structural steel, process piping, HVAC piping, hydronics, equipment rigging & installation, power, instrumentation and control works for the construction of 2100 ton, $ 2.5 million chilled water plant.
3. Hewlett Packard Manufacturing Plant Building 4, Aguadilla, PR
Directed new mechanical construction for process piping work, constant air volume (CAV) HVAC works, centrifugal chiller and cooling tower & ancillary equipment rigging, equipment installation, start up support and commissioning of a new chilled water plant for a $ 1.5 million new manufacturing facility construction contract.
4. Hewlett Packard Cafeteria and Commercial Mixed Use Building, Aguadilla, PR
Managed $ 800,000 in new mechanical construction work for HVAC, mechanical & plumbing trades work, mechanical equipment system rigging & installation, kitchen equipment installation, potable water, storm & sanitary underground and above ground plumbing for 60,000 SF multiple use and cafeteria complex.
5. OMJ (Johnson & Johnson) Pharmaceuticals Laboratories Facilities, San Germán, PR
Directed of a $ 2.5 million in general construction works for a new 24,000 square feet of research laboratory facilities that included concrete works, structural steel, interiors fit out, laboratory furnishings, HVAC works, plumbing, laboratory gases, insulation and other associated electromechanical provisions, ancillaries and appurtenances.
6. Bristol-Myers Squibb Pharmaceuticals - Commercial Offices, Cataño, PR
Directed new general commercial construction work for $ 3.5 million interiors’’ fit out of existing commercial offices at Guaynabo and Cataño Headquarters. Scope of work included u/g sanitary & storm sewer improvements, structural steel and concrete work, architectural interiors fit out and MEP work.
7. BMS Pharmaceutical Plant Process and Batch Room Improvements, Mayaguez, PR
Managed civil, structural, pre-engineered building and MEP for a 700 ton chilled water plant as part of a $ 5,000,000 total construction project. Performed equipment rigging, equipment installation, ancillary equipment pre start up and start up assistance for the centrifugal chillers, cooling tower, condenser & chilled water pumps, piping, insulation and associated ancillaries & instrumentation works.
8. General Electric Commercial Offices, Carolina, PR
Directed general commercial construction type improvements to an existing 80,000 SF area of a “big box “type structure, converting into a showroom, administration area and warehouse. Price of project $2,000,000. Work included structural steel & concrete work, interiors fit out, HVAC ductwork, air distribution and insulation, plumbing work, fire protection and electrical power, fire alarm and lighting works.
9. Colgate-Palmolive Manufacturing Plant, Juncos , PR
Managed capitol improvements’ project consisting of the revamping of a 45,000 SF existing manufacturing and mechanical room areas and a new 80,000 square foot “big box “type expansion at a price tag of $ 5,000,000. Scope of work included chiller & cooling tower equipment rigging and installation, chilled water and condenser water pump piping, controls, piping interconnections, insulation, hydronics, HVAC ductwork, air distribution, instrumentation & controls and start up & performance monitoring support.
10. Cataño City Hall High Rise Building, Cataño
Manage all HVAC works, mechanical ventilation, fire protection, sanitary and potable water systems incorporation, storm & sanitary sewer piping networks, fire pump system and ancillaries construction works for this high rise office building at a price of $ 1,200,000.
11. BMS, Building C Oncologicals Manufacturing Plant Upgrade, Mayaguez
Managed numerous upgrades and improvements to pharmaceuticals’ plant batch room, ancillary process & support structures and lyophilizer equipment rigging, installation and MEP work and tie-in connections to existing utilities and process lines. Scope of work included civil, structural, architectural and electromechanical process improvements for construction of a new formulation room at a price of $ 2,000,000.
12. BMS, Building C Oncologicals Manufacturing Upgrade, Mayaguez
Directed upgrades and improvements to new pharmaceuticals’ batch room, ancillary structures and lyophilizers’ equipment rigging and MEP connections. Scope of work included civil, architectural, process utility piping, mechanical insulation and associated electromechanical process improvements at a price of $ 2,000,000.
13. Indulac Food Processing Plant Capital Improvements and Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant, Hato Rey, PR
Directed selective mechanical demolition and MEP works associated with a $ 2 million capital improvements to existing dairy products processing facility. Directed construction of mechanical trades work for its new wastewater treatment plant.
14. Customed Sterilization Plant, Fajardo,PR
Directed earthwork, civil work, underground storm & sanitary piping, manholes and headwall installation, fire water loop and fire protection pump and water tank system, structural steel and concrete cast in place works, architectural, equipment rigging, equipment installation and associated MEP works for a new 60,000 SF sterilizer process ground up capital improvement on an existing medical devices plant in the amount of $ 4,000,000.
15. McNeil Pharmaceuticals Plant, Las Piedras, PR
Directed extensive civil selective demolition, structural steel and cast in place concrete works aimed at improvements to existing pharmaceuticals plant for 30,000 square feet of process room space at a price of $ 1,.500,000.
16. BMS Pharmaceuticals Ibesartan Plant Project, Humacao, Puerto Rico, USA
Managed revamping of pharmaceutical plant existing batch process rooms . Work included structural steel demolition, new structural steel & concrete work, masonry, architectural, electrical and HVAC in the amount of $1,300,000.
17. Capestrano Hospital Expansion, San Juan, PR
Managed mechanical work for new expansion to existing facilities. Was responsible for installation and commissioning support for medical gases distribution system piping, Low Pressure (LP) gas, HVAC ductwork, air distribution, mechanical insulation and plumbing works as part of a $ 1, 500,000 ground up expansion to its existing facility.

Directed complex construction works associated with the replacement of two existing fluid bed dryer with new equipment. This $160,000.00 project involving selective demolition and new construction of process piping, HVAC and insulation work was performed in two calendar weeks with no interruption to owner manufacturing processes adjoining the area affected by the construction.
