A professional, intelligent Graduate of Engineering (Environmental) from Deakin University with 1.5 years experience within a statutory Water Authority. Skills include project management, community consultations and project planning of large scale capital works projects including sewerage infrastructure and an upgrade of a Water Recycling plant. Strong technical, coordination and time management skills along with the ability to successfully complete projects within strict time and financial restraints. Approachable, consultative with a personal passion for Environmental issues and providing the best alternative to these problems.

Responsibilities:

· Planning of large scale projects, engaging and awarding consultants
· Revising developer queries regarding potential sites for urban growth, including system design and growth/flow predictions
· Project manager - Apollo Bay Sewerage Management Strategy - $1,400,000 infrastructure upgrades to critical elements within coastal town sewerage system. Included identification of need for backwash water recycling plant to increase flows recovered from treatment processes
· Project planner – Bannockburn Water Recycling Plant Upgrade Strategy – Managing project concerned with upgrading wastewater recovery facility, as well as undertaking compulsory acquisition of land required for treatment/reuse processes
· Community consultations for Ocean Grove Rising Main No.2 replacement project – Liaising with stakeholders, community and environmental groups regarding a multi-million dollar rising main (pressure pipe) upgrade within environmentally sensitive area
· Project Planner/Manager – Main Outfall Sewer Duplication Options Assessment and Functional Design – Managing project involved with the duplication of Geelong’s main trunk sewer. Project involved options identification and selection, population/flow prediction, consultation with stakeholders/landowners and community. Proposed pipeline length around 10,000m
