I am seeking an opportunity to enter the oil and gas industry. I have great references an I am an extremely hard worker. I have extensive knowledge and experience in the commercial electrical industry.
I do lack in experience in the oil rig industry. But where I do lack, I gain in my knowledge of electrical systems and a keen aptitude for picking up electrical and mechanical workings quickly. I may not have all the qualifications for this job, but I do have passion for it. I am seeking an opportunity to share my knowledge, as well as learn more about another industry as well as another culture.
I am currently in my last year of electrical at Okanagan College. I write my IP on March 13th. I understand that I may lack in experience, but I am confident in myself and my skills that I can tackle any problem or task and complete it with pride and quality. I learn quickly and just need to the chance to prove that.
I have no rent or obligations here that keep me from traveling. I have no criminal record, no workers compensation claims, no workplace injuries. I have a valid passport and a valid drivers licence. I have extensive experience in wiring commercial systems. Reading blueprints and schematics, troubleshooting electrical faults and wiring. Installing distribution systems and working on circuits as high as 15,000volts.
