Work Description :
 Request fortnightly updates from major suppliers (Excavators, Dozers, Graders, Dump Trucks) and update delivery schedule accordingly.
 Purchase of all consist for all equipment as per the consist sheet contained in the CER document.
 Source serial numbers from suppliers for all major equipment (Excavators, Dozers, Graders, and Dump Trucks) and ensure a Unit File is created and specification sheet is added. Unit File should contain a copy of CER, Equipment Request Form, Lease Profile, and Specification Sheet.
 As required, issue Equipment Request Form numbers to projects, save ER form on server and allocate to relevant Plant Engineer. Update Delivery Schedule with details of equipment request.
 Prepare weekly site specific delivery schedule and issue to site distribution list.
 Prepare weekly delivery schedule for TCI and issue to TCI distribution list.
 Twice weekly re-produce hard copy of Plant Delivery Schedule and position on white board.
 Update delivery schedule with CER Numbers, Budget Numbers, and sufficient detail to identify unit (i.e. Face Shovel, Coal Blade, Swamp Dozer, etc).
 Source freight estimates from Logistics for delivery of plant and update the delivery schedule.
 Ensure a master list is in place for items which require, at least three weeks prior to shipment.
 On a bi-annual basis, provide P&L with a forecast of deliveries for the coming 12 months.
 On a fortnightly basis, track the Promised Delivery Date with the Latest Delivery date and report to EM and relevant Plant Engineer for suppliers who are greater than 1 month behind schedule. On a monthly basis report on the actual capex spend; relative to the budgeted capex spend for budget number.
 Provide Delivery and Disposal Management schedule.
 Assist Expatriate Plant Engineering Manager to set up rate for new equipment
 Assist Expatriate Plant Engineering Manager for disposal equipment.
 Assist Expatriate Plant Engineering Manager to obtain rental quotations for various plants as needed, and set up rental agreement with supplier.
 Analyze and monitor disposal schedule and financial performance of equipment from two major projects Satui and Senakin
