 Coordination and management of tender preparation for the projects during bidding period. Coordination and control of all related technical office and purchase/logistics departments for tender preparation and prequalification.
 Coordination and control of detailed WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) and CBS (Cost Breakdown Structure) preparation of the BoQ’s.
 Coordination and control of tender document preparation (CV’s, method statement, work schedule, turnover diagrams, manpower and other related documents via QA/QC plan and HSEQ policy and plans
 Coordination and control of price taking from suppliers and subcontractors during tender preparation.
 Control of tender documents
 Preparation of tender-reports before/after tenders
 Preparation of total man hour and equipment hour values for the projects.
 Corresponding to all the related parties via the client, the advisor, the engineer and other third parties during tendering.
 Preparation of CBS and measurements of civil and infrastructural works items for tenders.
 Value engineering during and after the bid.
 Preparation of specifications for civil and infrastructural work items for subcontracting and purchasing. Taking the proposals of the subcontractors and suppliers and reporting to general manager.
 Coordination of subcontracting for the projects already in progress.
 Coordination and control of subcontract contract preparation by use of law bureau consultancy.
 Making all the correspondence to the subcontractor regarding contract negotiations.
