Hands on experience in Oil & Gas Plants/Facilities on and offshore, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning Over 30 years experience in Mechanical Engineering, off shore hook ups, Brown field up grades, have an excellent knowledge of all offshore Oil and Gas safety standards,

Have knowledge in testing and commissioning of mechanical equipment and systems of topsides facilities. • Have hands on experience on four or more of the following but no limited to: a) Static equipment, e.g. tanks/vessels, heat exchanges, gas coolers, etc.; b) Positive displacement pumps and compressors; c) Centrifugal pumps; d) Turbine compressor/generator; e) Mechanical equipment packages, e.g. instrument air compressors and dryers, diesel generators, chemical injection system, etc.; f) Material handling equipment, e.g. pedestal cranes, monorail hoists, etc.

Familiar with piping system pre-commissioning works, e.g. flushing/cleaning, hydro testing, P&ID line walk, reinstatement leak test, etc.

Experience with Project Completion Management systems such as WinPCS, JMS etc, Computer literate and proficient in MS Office

At present working for Amec Oil and Gas, on the Tweedsmuir project [Piper B] which should be complete late Feb 2009, I started this project in 2005 and would like see it though to completion,
The Tweedsmuir Talisman tie-back has been one of the safest brown field projects in the North Sea and has been nominated for more than one of the top safety awards, with no incidents or accidents in the commissioning team throughout the commissioning / pre-commissioning phase,
My duties are, the timely hand over of systems, client liaison, up dating the completions data base WinPCS, compiling system sub/systems adding to and completing commissioning procedures, permit requests and level two-risk assessment ISSOW, Vendor requests, piping and mechanical inspections, Tool box talks, Safety meeting, Progress reports to the Client, Reviewing BJ’s leak test procedures, Over laying with system/sub/systems,
The equipment responsible for are complete overhaul of export gas compressor Siemens from the frame up, sub/sea tie-back of the Tweedsmuir well, chemical and methanol injection Lewa, gas sweetening plant the package processes 54mmscf of H2S and CO2 saturated hydrocarbon gas, down to 2ppmv at 47Bar, Produced water package degasser, hydro-cyclones, booster pumps,
Axsia / Natco Sulphate Removal Package fine filters, membrane installation,
Sulzer Water injection package,
