Responsibilities/ Experience: Contract Management to a portfolio of contracts with a valve of £1.2M

• Managing a team of engineers to ensure all PPM/Reactive and extra works task are carried out within the required SLA/KPI’s to budget and profit targets
• Manage and audit sub-contactor works within budget
• Client interface to a host of blue chip clients including – Maritime Coast Guard Agency, Jones Lang LaSalle, YELL.com, EDS, Morgan Stanley, DHL, Ladbrokes, GE Money
• Ensure maintenance and project strategy is delivered according to timescale and budget.
• Liase with external clients regarding the set up of PPM schedules.
• Liase with on site client to agree targets and monitor performance against targets.
• Project management of new installation as well as retro fit work’s.
• Feed back detailed information to ensure accuracy of service history and life cycle monitoring.
• Assist in continuous improvement of planned maintenance procedures energy saving incentives and sustainability strategy.
• Ensure safe working procedures are adopted in accordance with health and safety guide lines.
• Assist in the development of existing client base through good practices and high service delivery standards.

• Progress debut, WIP, JIP and invoicing queries
