Processing Telephone, Electricity & other bills for payments.
Creating awareness among the associates about the wastage & excess consumption of various consumables as part of reducing the expenses of the company & adopting various methods to control the wastage & excess consumption of water, paper, electricity, A/c & stationery items.
Arranging work station keys for users in case of loss or newly allocated.
Arranging photo sessions for ID Cards & intimating the associates about the same.
Coordinating with transport contractors in case of any issues
Overall supervising the transport facility provided to associates.
Arranging client visits.
Coordinating with the service providers for repairs & maintenance.
Coordinating with the vendors for deliveries and payments.
Arranging for disposal of newspapers & magazines.
Invoice filing & maintaining proper records of all necessary Transactions.
