Presently I am working as Rotating Equipment Inspector in one of the leading petrochemical company. Saudi Arabia. I am having experience in condition monitoring of all the rotating equipments using various techniques like vibration analysis, lube oil analysis and holding Vibration Analysis Level-II certified by BINDT under PCN scheme. Moreover I am having experience in inspection, maintenance and overhauling of all rotating equipments.

•Carry out data acquisition, setting up route database and collecting the base line data for future reference.
•Collecting the Vibration data using the Analyzer SKF Microlog CMVA 60 as per preventive maintenance schedule or requested by the operation department.
•Download / Upload to system from Analyzer using Prism-4 Version 1.35 software and Carryout overall vibration & FFT spectrum analysis for the equipments in offline monitoring schedules.
•Monitoring of overall vibration, time waveform & FFT spectrum analysis of Extruder Gearbox using Monitoring Technology online condition monitoring system with smart advisor software.
•Monitoring of overall vibration, rotor axial shift, FFT spectrum , orbit, shaft centre point etc of critical equipments connected to SYSTEM 1 (Bentley Nevada 3500) Online Monitoring System and report to seniors in case of abnormalities.
•Carry out In Situ balancing using Four Run Method without phase.
•Carry out lube oil analysis by monitoring the viscosity, water content, TAN, wear debris, elementary analysis etc.
•Carry out thermograph analysis.
•Carry out performance monitoring of the all the rotating equipments
•Carry out SAP notification jobs with priority identification.
•Witnessing and monitoring of critical and semi critical machines after corrective actions and during plant start up after shut down.
•Witnessing of the steam turbine over speed trip test.
•Carry out machinery alignment using Prufftechnic laser beam alignment kit.
•Assist engineer / supervisor to carryout Root Cause Failure Analysis.
•Maintain and update the inspection records for future reference.
•Preparation of monthly vibration reports for critical and non critical equipments.
•Attending the weekly meeting with Reliability Engineer / Section head to discuss about the section activities and issues.
•Preventive, corrective, inspection & overhauling of rotating equipments like multistage pumps, compressors, steam turbines, fans as per API 610, 611, 612, 617, 618, 670, 686 etc.
•Annual turn around maintenance.
•Rotating machines handled – Pumps, Compressors, Steam and Gas Turbines, Gear boxes etc.
•Good analytical troubleshooting skill.

•Vibration Analysis Level II (ISO 18436) certified by British Institute of NDT under PCN scheme.
•Six days Vibration Analysis course conducted by SKF ABERDEEN UK based (BINDT approved course of formal training), INDIA.
•Two months MS-OFFICE software course conducted by Micro media, INDIA.
•Three days VIBRATION MONITORING & ANALYSIS course conducted by Indian Institute for Production Management, INDIA.
•Five days CONDITION MONITORING OF MECHANICAL SYSTEMS course conducted by GITAM Institute of Technology, INDIA.
•One day PRACTICAL VIBRATION ANALYSIS course conducted by SKF Reliability Maintenance Institute, INDIA.
•One day BALANCING & ALIGNMENT course conducted by SKF Reliability Maintenance Institute, INDIA
•Participation in SAFETY AREA LEADERSHIP TEAM organized by Exxon Mobil Chemicals, Singapore.
