chilled water A.H.U., 498 smaller chilled water
A.H.U., 14 water circulating pumps, 3 cooling
towers, 20 Cold and Freezer Rooms, 5 Daiken split
units, 15 ice machines, + 30 upright and underbar
fridges, VAV and CAV supply and extract fans for
which I was responsible for all. I monitored and
controlled the AC systems in the building via a
BMS computerised system. Individual controllers
controlled the office areas. : My main function was to carry out and oversee all
services and repairs relating to the above mentioned equipment
and prevent breakdowns and to maximise the
lifespan of the equipment. I am solely responsible
for all breakdowns and the repairs to all the above
mentioned equipment. In conjunction to this duty I
am a supervisor, overseeing the running of the
maintenance department.
: Being, a new building I worked closely with all the Engineers and consulting contractors to help solve
problems relating to design and problem areas.
