I have professional experience in mechanics, laying out, welding/fitting, repairs and fabricating metal components to assemble structural forms, such as machinery frames, bridge parts, pipes, manufacturing small steel details to building industrial, using knowledge of welding techniques, metallurgy, engineering requirements and my great skills using the machinery in workshops. I have been working with this the past 15years.

My mechanical experience come from my education as a automotive mechanic but working with valves, machines, engines, gearboxes, pumps, repairs, service and maintenance.

The last 3years when I have been self-employed I have also sold and mounted heat pumps, air conditioning, and worked with hot & cold water systems.
In my professional career I have been working for shipyards, steelworks, power plants, factories, paper mills just to name a few and I have earned a good reputation for high quality workmanship and for being a team player.

Summary:

Since 2006 I have been working as self-employed within welding/fitting, fabricating metal components, mechanical repairs and maintenance.
Prior to this I have 12 years experience as an employment within the same type work, with one and the same company (InterSteel Oy Ab).

2006-2009
I’m working as a self-employed in the metal industry.

1994 - 2006
Working as an employee for a company named InterSteel. During this time my assignments were to work with different companies in Finland and Sweden. Most of the work I did was fabricating metal components to assemble structural forms, such as machinery frames, metal constructions, bridge parts, gangways, railings, manufacturing small steel details to building industrial and service, repairs, maintenance and rebuilding’s.

Most of this time I have been working with large companies such as:- Aker Yards, Fortum, Ido, InterSteel, Kone, Nordic Aluminium, Ovako, Rautaruukki, Sp-minerals and Termonova.

I´m a experienced welder/fitter that can work even if the circumstances get hard. I got great skills in mechanics from my education as an automotive mechanic but working with steam valves, machines, engines, gearboxes, pumps, repairs, service and maintenance for the industry.
Good skills in reading all kind of drawings, plans and blueprints.
I’m really good to work in a team, and lead the team as well.
I’m quick to come up with good ideas and plans when facing a problem or work assignment.
