• Responsible for the creation, negotiation, placement and management of awarded contracts to all Service Providers, Contractors and Suppliers.
• Ensures adherence to current sourcing and project strategies/requirements and ensuring alignment with project requirements.

• Responsible in the supervision of generating sales from the required materials of oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation, equipment manufacturers, EPC, MEP, and heavy engineering, structural steel fabrication & erection companies.
• Reviews all inquiries against specific requirement and delegates all inquiries to subordinates for pricing and finalizes if the quoted price or offered material is as per clients' requirement.
• Cost estimation against special requirements / standards as provided by the customers.
• Quotes custom-built fasteners (i.e. anchor rods, collar bolts, jack bolts, et al.) as per drawing and suggests alternatives to customers to lessen machining cost.
