Working Experience(Abroad): -
• I am having 6 months of working experience in coal base DRI plant as a field operator in 200TPD(Tons Per Day). Our plant having capacity of 70,000 T/A. Diameter of our kiln is 40m * 5m.
• From last three years I am working in Qatar Steel in DR Plant as a DR Operator which is a dual discharge process (CDRI/HBI), the commissioning of the plant has been done by Midrex and KSL (Kobe Steel Limited) and the process is given by Midrex, which has started on 10th April 2007.

As a DR Operator it is my responsibility to each and every equipment how it is behaving, how it is performing, to look if there is any abnormality, to check the reformer condition to check by physical inspection what is the condition of reformer tubes when working in blower area or briquetting, discharge, load out or material handling or working in furnace area I have the responsibility for each and every activity in the field and to give perfect feedback to the control room from field. And do the work right and safely by keeping all safety in mind. I am also responsible to work in the Control Room with knowledge in DCS.

To find and rectify the plant related any minor and major problems and to solve those problems with supporting sections (i.e. Instrument, Mechanical, electrical & Utility).
I am responsible for taking the field related readings in every two hour and to maintain these records in file as well as in excel sheet in data bank.
Responsible for operating and adjusting the manually operated valves of natural gas, dry seal gas, wet seal gas, nitrogen, oxygen injection system manual valves suction and discharge valves of dust collection system pumps, briquetting related machinery cooling water pumps, Top gas scrubber recirculation pump scrubber ventury booster pump with proper communication with control room and according to their requirement.
Responsible for giving plant condition in every two hour and every hour in any plant upset condition.
Responsible during any minor or major plant shutdown and try to complete the shutdown work with in time or before time.
During any plant tripping I am responsible for finding the upset and to take quick action and to give the clearance to the control room for plant startup.
Responsible for Panel Operation during running plant and to check the plant condition by scrolling the pages during my duty hours.
Responsible for smooth operation and also to suggest about the increase in productivity by various process parameters.
Responsible for taking the panel data readings every hours and to feed in computer excel sheet and to keep the records, also forward the plant condition physically and by mail to our superiors and to keep updated every time with out any delay.
