- Schedule: inform the erection contractor of planned sequences that make the installation easier or of an activity duration that is unrealistic for the scope of work involved, discuss the sequences and activities planned with the erection contractor.
- Drawing interpretation: assist the erection contractor in understanding Deltak’s drawing and the actual erection sequences.
- Erection Assistance: carry on meeting with the erection contractor and the Owner/Client on regular basis, to review each operation scheduled on the current schedule and discuss:
1. Drawing and materials involved in each operation
2. Sequence required, if any, and critical areas to watch.
3. Manpower required and the duration involved.
4. Equipment required supporting the operation.
5. Standard of quality expected.
6. Special requirement for rigging, setting and fit up of equipment, welding, quality control, and all other aspect of the field erection process.
