-The critical lines analysis included analysis of pipe lines from 2 up to 42 using CAESARII.
-Equipments analysis included analysis of nozzles loads of compressors, tanks, pumps, vessels and air-coolers as well as nock out drum and flare stack nozzles using CAESARII to make them within the allowable limits stated by vendor.
2-Performing supporting of lines on the pipe rack and checking the piping routing according to stress analysis criteria.
3-Issuing material take off (MTO) for the supports used in the project.
NOVEMBER 2003: SEMIAN project in Rashid: performing designing of the best routing for the flare lines according to stress analysis criteria, and performing analysis and supporting of lines and equipments of the project.
AUGUST 2003: DAMMIETTA EXPORT MARINE FACILITIES project: performing the analysis and supporting of equipment and lines in the fuel gas area of the plant.
NOVEMBER 2002-JULY 2003: UGD NGL process plant in Port-said: 1-Performing the analysis of critical lines and equipments on the rack of the UGD plant.
