 September 2008– March 2009- Cairo Office: Piping Stress & Support Lead Engineer Assigned on ZUIDWENDING PROJECT that is being executed in Netherlands.
I am assigned as the stress Area Lead for the Caverns gas storage area regarding analysis and supporting.

 JULY 2008– SEPTEMBER 2008- Cairo Office: Piping Stress & Support Engineer, member in NKNK PROJECT that is being executed in RUSSIA.
My role is to execute the detailed engineering stress work and controlling the interfaces with civil and piping departments.

 MAY 2008 – JULY 2008- Saudi Arabia Office: Piping Stress & Support Lead Engineer for the SASREF PROJECT that is being executed in AL JUBAUL in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia .
My role is to execute the detailed engineering stress work and controlling the interfaces with civil and piping departments especially what concerns the TIE –INS and civil work.

 JULY 2007 – MAY 2008- Cairo Office: Piping Stress & Support Lead Engineer for the scope of Cairo office in KEMYA BENZENE MITIGATION PROJECT. This project is for the AL JUABAIL Saudi Company and is being executed in Saudi Arabia.
My role is to execute the detailed engineering stress work for Cairo office scope, besides controlling the interfaces with civil, piping and instrumentation departments

 APRIL 2007-JULY 2007- The Hague Office: On job training period in CB&I LUMMUS at The Hague office in The Netherlands. This on job training period included working on the following project:
- ECC (ethylene cracking complex) Singapore project: stress analysis of a centrifugal compressor of 5 stages with nozzles diameters: 24”, 30”, 36”, 42”, 48”, and 52”.

 AUGUST 2006-MARCH 2007: Pipeline lead engineer for SAFANIYAH water disposal system upgrade project: Responsible for designing, stress analysis, supporting, routing, and preparing MTO'S and construction supervision for 24" internally FBE coated cross country pipeline in SAFANIAYH region in SAUDI ARABIA.

 MARCH 2006-JUNE 2006: Stress analysis engineer AT BECHTEL LONDON: working as a member of the stress team of KHURASANYIAH project in Bechtel Corporation in LONDON.

 APRIL 2005-SEPTEMBER 2005 : stress analysis lead engineer for the following projects :
a) New waste water treatment unit project, for PETROBEL
b) Miocene gas project, for AGIP
c) El gamil plant upgrading, for AGIP

 MARCH 2005: GUPCO REHABILITATION project: offshore site engineer to make piping as built for MORGAN-36 platform in Suez gulf.


 JANUARY 2005-MARCH 2005: SAHARA/HAMADA LIBYA project: performing the analysis and supporting of equipments and lines.

 DEC.2004-JANUARY 2005: SIMIAN/SAPHIRE project: Piping site engineer in Alexandria for performing the hydro test of the plant and any piping and supporting changes.

 SEPTEMBER 2004- DEC. 2004: SIMIAN/SAPHIRE project: Finalizing the project for construction issuance.

 JULY 2004- SEPTEMBER 2004: ABU-QIR project: performing the analysis and supporting of equipments and lines.

 JUNE 2004: DAMMIETTA EXPORT MARINE FACILITIES: Piping site engineer for performing the hydrotest of the plant and any piping and supporting changes.

 MAY 2004: UHDE project in Alexandria: revamping an existing fertilization project and updating the plant mainly for analyzing and supporting 48" headers.

 DECEMBER 2003 – SEPTEMBER 2004 : SIMIAN/SAPHIRE project:

1-Performing the analysis of critical lines and equipments on the rack.
-The critical lines analysis included analysis of pipe lines from 2” up to 42” using CAESARII.
-Equipments analysis included analysis of nozzles loads of compressors, tanks, pumps, vessels and air-coolers as well as nock out drum and flare stack nozzles using CAESARII to make them within the allowable limits stated by vendor.
2-Performing supporting of lines on the pipe rack and checking the piping routing according to stress analysis criteria.
3-Issuing material take off (MTO) for the supports used in the project.

 NOVEMBER 2003: SEMIAN project in Rashid: performing designing of the best routing for the flare lines according to stress analysis criteria, and performing analysis and supporting of lines and equipments of the project.

 AUGUST 2003: DAMMIETTA EXPORT MARINE FACILITIES project: performing the analysis and supporting of equipment and lines in the fuel gas area of the plant.


 NOVEMBER 2002-JULY 2003: UGD NGL process plant in Port-said: 1-Performing the analysis of critical lines and equipments on the rack of the UGD plant.
