- compilation of analysis drawing the knowledge and expertise of company managers to determine wages and benefits to retain and attract a diverse nationality profile of NMM seafaring manpower to ensure competitive advantage in the international manpower industry;
- participation in annual salary benchmarking utilising services of the Chamber of Shipping, Precious Associates, Drewry Shipping Consultants, etc.;
- supporting the company in its plans to develop its Eastern European national marine workforce;
-to assist in implementation of the annual salary, compensation review process and salary benchmarking to ensure the seafarers are retained and attracted in line with the company employment strategy;
-to administrate global and mid-year salary and bonus review process for timely delivery;
-to generate management information for effective benefit renewal;
-AMS Group Life Insurance, Medical and Pension Plans renewal and administration;
-responsible for company retention and death benefits scheme, money purchase scheme, death in service scheme;
