- participation in annual salary benchmarking utilising services of the Chamber of Shipping, Precious Associates, Drewry Shipping Consultants, etc.;
- supporting the company in its plans to develop its Eastern European national marine workforce;
-to assist in implementation of the annual salary, compensation review process and salary benchmarking to ensure the seafarers are retained and attracted in line with the company employment strategy;
-to administrate global and mid-year salary and bonus review process for timely delivery;
